Basically it's a program that saves you from ini file editing to change various settings in Thievery.
So far it only changes your loadout names but it's needs a couple of beta testers before I can crack on with adding new features, any guinea-pigs (or gerbils) want to volunteer?
If you're interested, let me know what operating system you're on and I'll send you the beta.

Heheh, I was planning to create a tool like that too.
It would let you set your startup map, your loadout names and whether or not you want to have the visibility meter switched on or off. But the problem was, i'm a bit busy with other things at the moment, plus I can't program. So I decided to learn that if the time was ripe. But you guys beat me to it I gues... :erg:

What are you programming it with? Visual C++? VB? Java? An oily midget?

Good idea!! I'd offer to beta test, but I don't know what the hell im doing on a regular basis anyway.
Hope you get it working and with more features.
May I suggest an easy On/off switch for visibility %?

Ok, I've sent it to those who volunteered basically to find out if I'm a good enough programmer for the program to run or not :P
If all goes well expect an official release soon....

Is this some in-joke I've not been informed of? :?
Does DP have to drink a can of Dr P for every post Dalai makes?

I was thinking of doing something along these lines as well, except I don't have the programming knowledge to search and modify documents.

An oily midget? That's still around? You should try an itchy midget, 20 times better when it works, but it can be fidgety.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys, I've either implemented them in the first release or they're going to follow shortly.

Actually, I feel that the oily midget works best. These can be utilized during breaks too.
I'd volunteer to test but it looks as though I'm too late. jlewismvca@yahoo.com if you'd like any more testers. (No, I don't care if I get spam there)

It would be cool to actually configure the different loadouts within the program.

That will take a lot of time to do but it's on my list already, possibly the next thing I'll work on.
