It could be scores, nay, hundreds of things. Any chance we could have a bit more detail? System specs, error messages, operating system, what files you've used to install, what happens when you try to load theivery, whether or not you have Unreal Tournament, whether you're using UT2K3, etc. would all help.

Check your UT version... It shold be 436... (Top right corner when you start Unreal Tournament...)
