Hardee was banned from the Eidos forum last week. I talked to Grey Mouser, the admin for the forums, he gave me his IP. :twisted: Some of the admins here will notice I asked about Hardee recently. For that very reason, I wanted to see if it was our old friend.

Sadly the game isn't a patch on the original Thief games! Graphics are awful. If you own Deus Ex 2 you'll know what I mean. Eidos really screwed up and I refuse to purchase another product from them again.

The game runs poorly, much like Deus Ex 2 which is known for technical problems. Even a friend with a AMD 3200+ couldn't get the damn thing to run higher than a rate of 20fps :(

The game crashes on my system all the time, I have XP Pro and more than enough RAM (1GB) to run this game. Considering Far Cry ran like a dream on this system and it looks much better than this tells you enough.

The gameplay is slow and boring, and the LOADING TIMES completely ruin the game. A third of the way through the level, a loading time ruins the immersion and makes you feel like you're in another mission. I hope a patch will fix this, but Deus Ex 2 was also ruined in this way and had no fixes to rectify this problem.

Thief 3 gets the thumbs down from me.

LMAO i downloaded the cracked leaked version of this biatch and this thief fanboi who can't admit his game series has been ruined just makes me pity him TBH lol. firstly the only graphics this will run on (Im talking about a 3 ghz computer that my m8 nicked) is on par with or below those of the first THIEF games secondly there is no matrix slow mo, and also with the advent of mp3s and computers getting stronger ud have thought they coud put some system of a down or blink 182 songs as a perfectly fitting soundtrack. I know the whiners will say "but music licencing costs money!" well if theyd spent the money on music licencing instead of this new engine which ruined the game then the game would be better IMHo
