Whistler stuck in "pickup"

I did this by using a Whistler at a wall, i guess it must have bounced back to me or whatever might have happend, i ended up running with a whistler attacked to my crossbow xD

P.S: Those mines are a bit large:O

Sometimes it happens, to me it happened only the first time I ever used whistler, then they seemed to work normally.

I'm not sure about this one, the crossbow thing is because you can change to weapon after picking stuff up at the moment though.

It wasnt actually attached to the crossbow, i just couldnt throw the whistler away.
