Can't switch weapons while charging

If you are holding the bow back ready to fire, then want to switch weapons, you can't do it without firing the arrow first

When holding the bow in a taut position, you can't change your mind and hit the 2 key to goto blackjack or some other arrow. You must actually shoot the arrow before you can switch.
