Theives get crossbow when they have bolts in inventory

When a thief gets shot by an AI... the thief can pull the bolt out of themselves. Then the number 3 key, which is normally for Water Arrows... toggles back and forth between water arrows and crossbow.

I had a couple bolts sticking out of me, could remove one but not the other.
