    Hi

Alien Swarm: Infested is a full game game built using the Half Life 2 Source engine. It is not a mod; you will not need Unreal 2k4 or 2k7 to play it.

    Welcome to the forums.

Welcome to the forums. About The first alien swarm you can pick UT2004 up very cheap so you should look around for it if you wana get used to the game and the community before the infested release.
"Your going DOWN clOWN" why did someone have to say this. WHY

Hey Mr. Sheep, welcome to the forums!

As cLOWN already pointed out, Unreal Tournament 2004 is quite cheap these days, depending on where you live of course. Here in the Netherlands it costs just €20 (which is half the price of full retail).

You'd think they would include mac bins on the PC version. Is there some compatibility reason they wouldn't?
                      ..it's safer here.

Atari published the inital PC/Linux version, then Macsoft ported & published it to run on the PPC Macs.

I guess it's all to do with copyright/legal stuff why they can't put both versions on one DVD.
