Edit: Liked it, there were a few scenes that caused some nostalgic thoughts, but why did you use the default gamma/brightness? I know you're supposed to stay true to the feeling of the game, etc etc, but a rather big part of the video will be nothing more then a black square for people who haven't played AS.

Still, I think everyone appreciates the effort to promote AS. Good job.

i didnt make this to promote Alien Swarm (but of course i hope it DOES), its mostly entertainment for the AS players themselves.
you got a point about the gamma value... what can i say, these are just my settings (higher than default btw). and its too late to change them now watching it on "high quality" mode on youtube, it seems to me that even non-as-players can see everything bright enough. some aliens are lurking in the shadows yes, and the red blinking screen is a bit chaotic... but as you mentioned, i think that simply reflects the atmosphere in a nice way. it looks like we're all in panic

btw: sorry if some of your efforts/deaths were in vain, i had lots of material and the track doesnt run forever...

i didnt reduce the quality a simple bit, youtube just likes to run their bandwidth-reducing-lown-mower over every video uploaded there..
