You want the spawners to have their movement set to, "move to ignoring marines" and make an "info target" near the door. If that doesn't work, then you probably just need some info_node entities on the ground. Aliens require a network of nodes that are near eachother in order to navigate your map.
Once you have a good network, you might not even need an info_target and movetoignoringmarines. You may just be able to set "move to nearest marine" on the spawners. Lemme know if that helps.
