How to change camera views

hi all, i am new here. Learnd AS known from the free steam dl.now i wont to play this mod cause i am hooked.
But i dont understand why it isn´t posible to chaNGE CAMERA MORe like in as steam.
Please help me-cause i think a console or ini change can make this posible....4 real if u r able to programm a patch like this, it will get a new wave of Ut04 AS player-belive me.

instaled it started it from console and then????nothing....i dont want to study the fuckin game just adjust cameras.....
