Personally, I liked the Tomb Raider movie, even though Angelina makes a nice Lara Croft, but mostly it gives the viewer, who used to actually play all the games, a sense of nostalgia. It has the style and cheap humor like from the first 2 games (which I consider are of the better games when it comes to game play and story), plus it even has at the beginning low budget stone walls and stone monoliths like they have in the first game and in animate statues becoming quite animate like in the second game. But going on about the budget I do agree that the first one had more thought, more money, and more promotion than the second movie by a LONG SHOT. It just seemed like they didn't try as hard. [/b]
