real gluttons for punishment aren't you, but you've made a mistake, for as Antero90 showed you, Flats was given to ToB just under an hour BEFORE you psoted your challenge, so I guess LR better change this challenge to -X- v ToB. 8) have fun against ToB, -X- :twisted:

Now, those dates/times may vary depending on where in the world you are (those are based on my timezone), but any way you look at it, the challenge occured first. Unless someone can demonstrate that a public announcement of Flats being gifted to ToB occurred before the challenge, it's going to have to be considered a forfeit by CoD, and Flats is going to have to go to -X-.

Im almost certain that CoD was going to give Flats by the same time they had donated Folly since the decision to go inactive had been taken.
This all happened on Sunday and Monday but im not 100% sure of it and I have no acess to the guild's forums since I left.

According to Chapter III, Line A, Paragraph 2:
Challenges made to the Donor prior to the donation have to be resolved first, in case the donated map is stolen.

As you can see to me, it says DT posted before Okih, so as far as i'm concerned (because ive gone inactive ) i'd say the challenge should be against ToB. (though I also want to see -X- suffer against ToB, but that's just me 8) )

Anyway as to Antero's cruel remark, Flats was DT's to post about, not me being too lazy to update. It was only fair that as [E.D.G] had been mine when we got folly, and flats came from DhaThief's [KYO] that we each gave away our map to who we wanted it to go to

I have no answer for why your times differ from mine. However, I do remember reading okih's challenge at a time prior to any post by DT. Since all evidence I have indicates the challenge was made prior to giving the map to ToB, I have to assume the challenge stands, and that CoD's dropping out of TW results in a forfeit of that map to -X-.

It's not ToB's map. It's CoD's map, and it's under challenge from X, and has been since prior to when CoD attempted to give it to ToB. If CoD defends it successfully, it's theirs to gift to ToB. If CoD doesn't, it becomes X's map.

-Break as CoD again and then go inactive
