The mouth isn't a "problem". It is a feature. If I were a thief and saw that thing, I would probably soil my trousers.

Nice, maybe put a grille over the mouth so you don't just have a gap between the lips. Would make it look more scary imo.

I would think the mouth would be where the sound comes from, so like a speaker or something at the mouth, like them kazoo things you put in your mouth to make noise

, they have a little griddle or what ever.

Somehow that model by claymore reminds me of a animation film I saw as a kid. There was a huge mechanical robot that wrecked the city in the film and somehow I remember that it's head was looking pretty much like that. Especially the mouth. I think in the film there was a prince and a princess too. My memories could be totally corrupted though and none of this stuff is true.

Very nice, though it does look like it has huge lips...A grill or make the "mouth" smaller and narrower or something...?

There is also alpha's. I can do/try to do some conceptual texturing for yours claymore(ie modify the images posted in 2D). Could give a shot at doing the same for yours as well alpha

Not sure. I'm thinking metallic grey/silver. I'm skinning it now, so I'll show it when I've finished. I'll make one with the default watcher skin (if I can find it) as well.
