    Good hosts?

Sorry, i have no idea of websites and such.

Soulbreaker's website has been down for teh 11th time now. And we have tried many hosts. So, Do you guys know any good hosts? We would pay, but a realitivly small amount(I guess nothing over $10, Maybe less)

We would like one that could also do an ftp server, and has a vast amount of space. Tim will probably post in here with all his expectations of a website he's wanting.

Currently we are being hosted by x10hosting, Which is ok, But is very slow, And goes down too many times to be reliable.
    Your order has been dispatched!

www.hostingzoom.com is all i have to say. (also www.resellerzoom.com if you want to be a reseller)

I've been with multiple others, and they are the best for my personal sites and business sites. I've also never seen a faster, more cooperative, or more knowledgeable support team than theirs.

They come pretty highly regarded on www.webhostingtalk.com which is the main place to find answers to questions like these.

I'm hosting all stuff (including these forums and a VPS) over at www.asmallorange.com - I've always found their support to be straight ahead and professional, I've been with them for nearly 2 years.

I seriously suggest you check out WHT, like Kewl suggests, before you go with some random "cheap" host. Lots of hosting companies are run by 14-year olds that have basic knowledge about WHM and cPanel (this is not the thing with asmallorange btw), and such things always end in tragedy.

    I like hostingzoom.com, but there's one problem:
When we exceed 5000MB (which we will), then what?
Good for short-term, but burns down at long term.

PS: Our optimal expectations are high for a host. And they include either
    a) custom plans,
    or
    b) lots of webspace&bandwidth.

Thats why I use resellerzoom.. same company but for $12/month, I get 5 Gigs of disc and 80G of bandwidth (overselling of course, but semi-negligible). So On my 2 business sites, 2 personal sites, and 5 other hosted friend's sites I have never come close to running out of either space or bandwidth.

I use AS Hosting. Here are some of the details of my current plan:

    $50/year
    3.5 GB webspace
    60 GB bandwidth/month
1 domain with 5 add-on domains (one account can host multiple domain names that share the webspace and bandwidth)
    30? sub-domains
    SQL/PHP support
    FTP server, etc.
UK company but with servers located in the U.S.
    ...
    ...
    <other details I don't recall>
