Hahaha, I actually kissed a girl on new year's eve. Screw you.
My resolutions... err --

I have no resolutions, since any -good- resolutions would result in more work, which is a painful thing to think of. Werk. Erg.

I kissed 5 girls on New Years... 2 of them we're old school friends, that turned out to be lesbians!

Seriously.

Similar to my philosophy of giving a fuck about people all year round rather than singling them out for special treatment at Christmas in order to placate a guity conscience, I also give a fuck about myself all year round, and hence act on things when I think they need acting upon. I also question my motives as adequately as I can.

I find it works much better than confining resolutions to one day a year in order to pay lip service to what my social environment thinks I should be, then suffering an internal conflict until I can forget about them

Damn right, I'm bloody proud of it too, since I'm now uber-popular with the lads!

I didn't know you were a fan of his...he's one of my favorite (if not most favorite) giutarists.

I never make resolutions...

However, Ill make this one for the sake of this thread:

I resolve to finish more of my unfinished projects!

Is one more than what I did before? Then yes.

But actually, its not like I never finished anything! I had a couple weeks of good TUT comics!

I wrote the TUT story, and DID finish it... even if I had to cut it short, it did have a formal finish.

The mapping is an ongoing project...

The coding fried my brain every time I tried it, so thats unfinished.

What else haven't I done?

I have so many resolutions piled up because if I don't get them done then they get added to new resolutions I make for the new year. But #1 on my list is to get my butt in the saddle and get my 5 year old horse ready for the show ring. He's talented but I am just not too motivated to get back into the politics of the show world again. He does make for a very good looking trail hrose though.

Jimi Hendrix....I have been lisitening to him for XX years (I'd give up my age if I put in tthe numbers but I do remember when he died...along with Janis...but I was very young at the time). About 13 years ago, I went to a Joe Cocker concert. Thinks I..."Who is this Stevie Ray Vaughn that Joe is opening for? Me thinks I'll stick around and see." SRV was better than Jimi. He died a month later.

Stevie better than Jimi? IMO, I wouldn't say that. They have slightly different styles, and SRV is good, but I still prefer Jimi.

Now, I've also got to say that LIVE, SRV may have been a bit better than Jimi. I've seen them both live on TV, and SRV seemed a bit more...mmm, smooth, I guess.
