    UT, cd anyone?

    Hey boys, I want to run a few thivery games. I need UT. Any pointers?

      Easiest way would be to grab it online, but that might be of questionable legality and ethics. If nothing else, you might be able to find it in the bargain bin at a local computer game store (like Gamestop) but you might have to spend some time searching through the refuse that usually ends up in those bins.

        I just got UT gog on steam. Works almost fine.

          GoG has the full 2CD version, Steam does not.

          For future reference there is a legal way to get a free copy.
          Install the demo, then update with the final v436 NODELTA patch.
          It will be missing a lot of UT content, but you don't want UT anyway.

          All missing default files can be manually added or will arrive when joining a server.

          All current renderer upgrades are also compatible, so you can effectively use modern hardware.

            I still have the CD but i couldnt get it workin on my newer computer. I ended up getting it off Steam again for about 10 bucks. Ultimately all i needed to do to was use windows compatability mode and check a few boxes to correct the display. Lately im the only one on Brodys until Indy shows up to show me how its done
