  • Sector3 Campan 4 Testers Needed

    Hello,

    Work on Sector3 campaign Level 1 is well on it's way, and so I need some good old hardy Alien Swarm Testers. Im looking for different personalities of playing Alien Swarm.

    I would suggest Felix, Nodata, Moses and Fuzzy Bunny. They are really good testers.

      Just read your site a bit, I don't think it's wise to make a map that requires an hour of player's time to complete (AO - LastHour). I'd definitely cut that down to 15-20 minutes max.

      Also, the maps you have planned seem to have one individual objective per map. Why not incorporate all those ideas into one map?

      Would like to see more screenshots.

          Yeah, but it just seemed from those descriptions that it would be more confenient to put it all in one map.

          Good luck though. Hope you get it finished at some point.

              likewise plus you may give me ideas for my own mapping phase

                I would be happy to do some betatesting for you, as well as host the map(s) on my (passworded) server.
                If you want I can aquire a good team for some sessions.
                Dont make the mistake to reduce it to four people. It would be hard to get it timed. If you agree that we test it with about 15 advanced players you will get good results. I would mail them the password and the session times.

                        Well, hey, iam back. Id really love to carry on with Sector3 but I doudt I will. Its been a terribly long time since ive played. I wouldnt mind making maybe a single map, to avoid making a string of maps and to avoid coding, is it possible just to make one map?

                          Hey, welcome back. I guess it's better to make one playable map, it will take you less time and you can polish it more.
