"The entire Thief series" are just

Thief the Dark Project OR Thief Gold
Thief 2 the Metal Age

There are minimal differences between TDP and TG, TG has three more missions and changes to one of the older ones. Although more missions are nice, you won't be missing too much if you don't manage to find it.

You should be able to find TMA in any relatively big/specialized computer gaming store (it's relatively easy to find here). I had to get TG on eBay, but i think you could contact Eidos if you have trouble. Check online stores too, you should be able to find them all.

You should be able to find that Thief 2-pack in many local computer software stores (eg, EB and CompUSA) for the same price.
