I watched for a bit, so i tried it myself i stepped up to the door, i walked outside and agg closed the door on me. Then started spamming i was spawn raping, trying to frame me to an admin.

So agg reckons spawn rape is when you step outside that door on DE, yet he chased me through the thief spawn, then says he wasn't spawn raping.

I've had a chance to look over the log and Agg at no point spammed spawn raping. He said you were in the spawn. Here is the excerpt from the log. BTW Kamui is Nuclear

Nuclear during this entire log you never mention that Agg closed the door on you. I've read the logs for several maps after this incident and you never mentioned it there either. It APPEARS you've fabricated this story to cover your butt.

And exactly what happened to me this is, except he hit me with a tag bolt and he chased me, then I am being done for spawn rape. What a joke.

If Agg actually plays this way then many other people will have it happen to them as well. They'll eventually complain about it and Aggy will have to pay the price for being an ass.

However, right now you are a single voice and apparently about the only person who seems to have a problem with the guy. To be honest, I've unintentionally spawn raped before because I had no idea the guy just spawned OR I chased a guy to the spawn and ended up killing one of his buddies instead.

Wether Aggy did this or not isn't terribly relevant because frankly, he doesn't make it a habit. You'll have to let this one incident go because a crusade like this against every injustice in the game will turn you into a post whore like me.

The second time was today, and he was guarding the door. He never fired a shot into the spawn area, or went there to attack. YOU ran out and started spamming tagbolts all over the place, then when someone asked who'd done it, you said it was Agg. You were very clearly on the OTHER side of the bridge, in the spawn area.

Beyond that, the logs have you in violation of 1 and maybe as many as 3 of our server rules, BEYOND no spawnkilling.

If you'd like to contest it, provide evidence. I have plenty to back up what I'm saying.

Bottom line is, get the chip off your shoulder. You're making one non-incident into something that is rapidly destroying your credibility.

You may consider this your first and last warning about this behavior. The next time it occurs in the Crackaz server, you will be banned.

hmm, he was spamming bolts actually, not tag bolts. regular ones out the door into the spawn area.
