Throwing a bottle and it breaking seems to crash the CTG server. It happened to me for the second time today when I threw one at gerb .

CrouchingDork is apparently correct. A bottle was thrown just before this crash and screenshot.

Welcome to thievery. Keep in mind that flashbombs are not very effective if you are tagged, or are on fire - the flames are visible before the thief is. Against AIs, the flashbombs are a deadly tool.
