    Well here is ver .99
    i got teh fps to be almost twice as high outside, although 2 of my zones merged it could have been a little better but it didn't affect much.
    You can find out the changes i made yourself.
    Have fun, hope you like it....cause i sure didn't like fixing it! >: ( (damn bsp's)

    I have no actually ran through the map or won it myself but it should work fine...i just do fast bsp checks. So tell me if there are any problems /bugs.

    I know of none so far

                    I don't know if it was the same in the previous version, but if a guard is trying to chase you outside through the front door, he regularly gets stuck and needs some time to figure out the way AROUND the open door.

                    Oh, I have a question: I have both the old and this versions. Since they have the same file name, I renamed the old version so that I can keep it, but it no longer shows up in the map selection. Why is that?

                      When you renamed it, did you give it a .unr extension?

                        As I see it, here are the main problems, some of which we went over already. Just stating them here so they don't get posted again.

                        1. Torches too high in main room. Guards have no chance of relighting them. I solo'd it, and watched the guards try and relight each light in that hall.

                        2. Torches too low in the stair case. They block the field of vision when the thief is hiding in shadows under them. Make them about |--| this much higher, and the problems gone.

                        3. Strange holes under the stairs coming from the small kitchen. You stated you knew about it, but the reasoning was never given, and it just bothers me for some reason when I see holes.

                        4. The well. Dude. At least put something down there so that a thief who catfalls isn't stuck and has to suicide. Make a way out, cause autokilling sucks. It's an amazing escape point if a guard's chasing you, as I found out. Had I survived, some sort of "magical" transport would have been the shit. Seriously. Concider it, wouldn't be hard to do if it dropped them in some shaddows near the buildings off to the left of the well.

                        5. Big hole in the ground. When the thief is walking the wall, he sees this huge hole thats just big and black. There isn't anything there to let him know that there isn't anything there. Put some sorta texture there and block it off with like a building wall. Makes the map seem more realistic.

                        6. Also, the amount of water arrowable torches is WAY too high. Make some of them permanent or something, since there is NO way that people will want to worry with that many relightable torches.

                        Ok, other than that, I love it. New maps with fun things like the rat arena rule. There should be more maps with fun secrets to find like this too. I'm up to 3, and I'm gonna find them all. Keep up the good work.
