This evening I was going to see a friend of mine, so I lend my dad's car (Mercedes Benz C180 for those interested) and I drove off.
The road I was driving on was dark and busy with other traffic, all of a sudden there was this black dog on the right side of my car and I couldn't avoid it, if I would have turned left I would crash into other cars. So I hit the dog. It scared the shit out of me and as I watched in the mirrors of the car to see where the dog had gone I saw it trying to crawl to the other side of the road but it got scared off by headlights of yet another car so I tried to jump on the sideway again, then it was hit by another car and it got stuck in front so it made a few flips or rollovers I don't know the appropriate word at the moment. After that the dog landed on the side of the road. I stopped and walked towards it, a lot of people were standing around already and the police had been called too. Someone else pulled over and said that he would bring the dog to the vet to see if it could still be helped. Police wanted my phone number and address so they could call me when they had any news on the dog owner or the dog itself. I'm still not sure if the dog is dead or not. Maybe I'll hear it in the future.

Some ppl here don't even stop if they hit an animal with their car. When I was 7 I was walking in a small alley with a friend of mine, a car passed and hitted a cat. The poor beast was in real pain and had severe damage so I had to kill it by throwing a really big stone on its head. :| The driver never stopped. 
...as most God Damned people say here...
