  • Extreme easteregg in Asylum!!!

    I just found this easter egg in Asylum!

    Here's a how-to:

    1. Kill the big spider.
    2. Kill Rosenberg, put his corpse in the spidercell.
    3. Put the spiders corpse on the "bed" with the thunderbolt.
    4. Pull the thunder-switch once.
    5. Pull the other once.
    6. Pull the thunder-switch again, only once.
    7. Go to the spidercell and hit Rosenberg with your BJ. ONLY YOUR BJ.

    The sound will now play every time you hit the corpse!

    (I need a life!)

    LOL!!! What were you doing trying all of this in the first place? Or were you looking over how it was mapped?

                  If Mr. Mapper reads this thread, I have a question: Noises are emitted from the spot the spider died for the remainder of the level. Was this intentional, or a bug?

                          gee, assassin, sounds like fun!!! i would've done sth like this, but wasn't allowed
                          to - we have a 'eastereggs are &*ç"/%ç*/!!!!'-rule here at tut!!
                          And Eric: i wouldn't call it a bug really... the spider has a low piched ambient sound
                          -> so if the spider dies you still can hear the spooky sound... and i thought that
                          would fit into the overall atmosphere of the map.
                          But i'm sure you all know the 'my map f****ks up your skybox'-egg i put in
                          Asylum. Too bad Dalai wants to get rid of it in 1.3
