I'll take a GUESS. Don't hold me to it.

Start Button > Control Panel > Mouse.

Look for a setting that disables acceleration in games, and uncheck it.

Or in the same place find a setting to lower sensitivity.

Mouse acceleration is a little ghey. Anyone who uses it needs to work out more. (as pictured)

Try TUT ini file, little mouse in system tray, and the control panel as previously suggested.

Some mice (or is it mouses in this context?) have dynamic acceleration - its not that is it?

he said he might of fixed it (seems so actually) i asked him if he had accel in windows he said no lol..

he said he turned off mouse smoothing, changed GUI mousespeed to ZERO (even tho its the menu sens) and changed the sensitivity to 0.55 (very low iow). and now it seems to work just fine! \o/

That looks more like a cat with no ears... cute.... but creepy.
