    Indeed nice work. I like it, it's much better than I expected .

    Will TUT objects be improved or replaced? I think since they have a low poly count, they should be replaced by new ones. The Jobs section just states that they need an update, so does this mean they will be replaced or just improved?

            Apart from finding this awesome and the urge to run to the store to buy UT3 to test it, i do have one question:

            In the full NightBlade release, will we have to do with only converted classic Thievery maps, will it be a mix between the best Thievery maps and new NB maps, or will NightBlade have a full list of completely new maps?

              Just played.. Well done.
              As far as bugs.. do you want us to report "everything" ? even the obvious stuff like the player texture warping that occurs when the guards get ko'd and the lack of things like mantle? How about the brightness? I found it to be extremely dark and i had my brightness maxed out.

                I had a go at it and its pretty funky. Junk has physics now, and theres lightmappbumping!

                Lots of funky bugs too. Arrows on your bow not visible, dropped flares not visible but you can still re-pickup them if you try long enough. Cant open doors while holding flares. Holding fire with the sword produces spasms. Bolts/arrows get stuck in people including yourself (more of a feature tho, think i suggested this somewhere XD ), which means if you got one in your face and you wanna use something you pick up the bolt first, so if you wanted to use a health potion or door with a guard on you youre possibly dead. Koing seems borky and partly because you got your FRIKKIN HUGE DAMN HAND IN YOUR FACE SERIOUSLY WHAT I CANT SEE SHIT. Tag arrows got a nice effect now and after i used two my game started to stutter which is quite an accomplisment even Crysis on Max detail didnt accieve. Whistlers got physics too and its a whole world of fun. You can get stuck in them, you can launch yourself and the AI with them (see pics), you can even teleport in some rare cases where you manage to mess yourself so badly into them that the game resets you at map coordinate 0 or what crazy hijinks that is

                    I haven't tried the alpha yet, but I just want to say that I think it was an excellent idea to convert the original Thievery maps.

                    Producing new level ideas and geometry would take much unnecessary time and effort, especially when the original Thievery maps have always been truly superb. And because the Thievery player base is so small, perhaps now these maps will have a chance to be fully appreciated by a wider audience.

                    The new UT3 engine also presents interesting opportunities for improved modifications to the original levels. In Asylum for example, guards or thieves could shoot cages hanging on the ceiling and bring them crashing to the ground on top of opponents.

                            actually, mantle does work, it just doesnt work to the height it does at TUT (ie, i can mantle onto a table, but i cant mantle up the pillar at the back of GH on DE near the library window)

                              I am tryin to set one up now. Oddly, I did a server search for the ThieveryUT3 gametype but found 3 servers that weren't related to Thievery.

                              ah yes.. in fact thats the same pillar that I made my initial decisions about.

                              Also can't get out of water since mantle height is off.

                                oof! i was teh right with "ThieveryUT3: Night-Blade" ? >.>

                                darn, i hope this works on my crap computer, a friend told me that my computer wouldnt really run UT3 what i got is like 1 GB of RAM, AMD Athlon 3200+ (2.01 GHz) i think and the graphic card is GeForce 7800 GT. does anyone know if this is enuff for UT3/NB if i play it in the WORSE settings ever? lol. NB is also DARK so that increases some fps for me atleast.

                                i got ut3 soon, gonna get a keygen or something lol and try the alpha out. i wanna know if it works on my computer before i buy the game.
