Where's my avatar?!

Um. My avatar appears to have dissapeared, along with the option to choose what my avatar is. Anyone got any idea what's going on?
I just changed it to a picture of James the Cat, but I can't really see how that could have offended any of the mods so severely that they banned me from having an avatar at all.

What are you complaining about?... Look to the top left of the screen. See? There's where they put your avatar... They stole it and placed it on every single page for the world to see.
