    As proven with the chaos UT mod for Ut2k3,
    Arrows and other projectiles can be attached to a model!

    Meaning,
    An arrow would peirce a gaurd or watever, and stick in.

    Madness!!!


    (I was hopeful for this in every thievery release....make sure you do it in nightblade people!!!!)

    Oh, it's already in. It was funny to see the bolts sticking out of Chainsaws.

            Also, can you hit like someone's chest, and have it do more damage than hitting their arm? or can you make it so thta hitting their feet will paralyze them tremporarily? Or how about Hitting their arms and not letting them use items for a bit?

            Bolts/arrows only of course, a sword would be to unfair with this.

                In reality, you typically do not want to pull things that get stuck into you out as it will prbably make you bleed more and possibly damage internal organs.

                With that in mind, could pulling out arrows do some extra damage to the player? Could add to gameplay. For example a thief is hit and is given the choices of either having someone else pulling the arrow out (assumes no means self arrow removal), doing added damage, or living with a greater chance of being seen.
                Give some taffer fire, and you'll keep him warm for the night with one less reason to cause trouble for the master.
                Set a taffer on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life, and have no need to bother the master.

                  God, it's just a fun feature. It gives the word pincushion a whole new meaning.

                  And besides... if this was to be ultra reallistic you wouldn't survive very long with a bolt going right trough you... Specially not if it's in the head.
                  It's just looks funny... And telling someone to hold still while you pull it add is just great.

                      Hey, it would be pretty cool if you could hit someone with a poisonous bolt and it would keep damaging the player until he either dies or someone takes the bolt out.

                        Was not trying to be ultra realistic, just making a suggestion (at least as a server option) that I thought might add to the gameplay. I only mentioned the realistic part since relating iin game actions to real life when possible leaves new players less bewildered by an some in-game event.

                        Anyway, since it exist, any chance of a screenshot or two of a real pincushion?

                              Since when do potions take immediate effects when you swallow them? They have to be digested first and taken into the bloodstream, etc etc...

                              It's just a game.
