OK, we need the widdle dots on the folders, when responding to a thread. I see no dots. Not before my eyes mind you. I just want the dots back on the folders, thank you, that is all. (Unless I have dots before my eyes, and I really just am not paying attention)

They're a feature of vBulletin.

When you've replied to a thread a dot(looks like a hole) appears on the thread folder.
