    How does one install thievery in linux? I've set up a UT server on a gentoo linux box and want to set up thievery on it. The only downloads I see are windows .exe files...

      Also do a search in Google for file conversion applications. That might help.

            yeah winex is great- or if u wanna do us a real big favour mango. ya can convert all the dll's to linux files for us Do you have a century to kill? 8)

              I believe you guys are missing the point. I can't use WineX because I don't have X installed. This is a SERVER.

              I've got a UT server running fine. Does thievery use any native windows DLL calls or is the engine implemented in ini files? I think this is a stupid question, but I thought I might as well ask.

                  when most people say thievery server they usually mean a dedicated server throught windows (eg with a gui (or in linux's case X)
                  I personally (though I'm not very good with linux) cant see any possible way unless you convert the .dlls (two or three of them-set folder options to show all and look in ut>system) and make your own linux version of the bat file :? You probably will have better luck in Starchats #linuxtaffers irc room (if theyre awake )
