Logging game results

I'm wondering if it may be possible to have some kind of utility that logged TUT game wins/losses automatically in the servers and then admins could submit those to the forums, a web page, the developers or whatever. Just team win/loses. Detailed map win/loses would obviously be a plus too.

I don't know about programming for UT, but if someone here does and thinks it's possible, it'd be neat. Or it could even be included in 1.3, an option to log wins/loses to files?
