  • skylights?

Ok, I just got one quick question, I want to make a skylight, how do I do it? I just want a light that has an endless radius, if anyone knows how to do that, let me know, thanks

As far as I know, there really isn't a good way to do this. Sorry.
It's not my fault everything you like is terrible.

The "best" way to do it is with one light actor. Whack the light radius up to 255 and put it where your sun or moon should be, then alter the setting to get the right colour, brightness etc. To stop it fading to nothing at the edges of the radius, use LE_NonIncidence. Use UED's radii view too when you position it, you might not need 255.

I say "best" because it's not true "global light", but it is the closest you can get with this build of Unreal, and you need a fair bit of space to make the shadows it casts close enough to parallel. Snoop round TH-Grange and TH-Folly in the editor and you'll find a sun and a moon, respectively.
