  • ThObjectSwitch is acting strangely

Right, I've had this problem for a while but it's only just started to annoy me.

I've got a switch in my level, that in turn, triggers a ThieveryLighTrigger (ie. its a light switch).

Now when I first load my level, & activate the switch, the lights go off but the switch doesn't animate. I activate it again & this time it animates & the lights come back on. I activate it a third time & it animates & the lights goes off again. All future attempts cause the switch to animate & lights to toggle.

Basically, the switch animates perfectly, apart from the very first time I use it, when for some reason it just doesn't animate at all. This seems to be true of all switches in the level.

    Any ideas why this is?

If thats the switch I'm thinking of, (Small and black?) it always does that. Its a bug in the model or how its coded. I don't think there is a way around it.

I solved this... sorry, I'm very tired right now and can't remember exactly, but it involves rotating it so that it's upside down, then there's an animframe property or something: change it from 0 to 1 and it will then act properly.

If that's not right, I'll look it up in the map I've done it in.
