    For some reason when I call GetPlayerNetworkAddress() (to return a player's ip and port numbers) on my own PlayerPawn in the PawnList, it returns an empty string. Anyone have any idea why this would happen? I'm in the process of testing a few mods and this problem crops up every time.

    Are you testing this in a single player game? Or maybe a listen server? You probably don't have an IP address then, as you are connected directly to the game. To test things properly you should start a dedicated server and connect to it as a client.

      Yea I had a feeling it might be that. I am connecting to my own (not dedicated) server which is not advertised despite the fact I selected the option. Pain in the ass when you want people to join and test some of these things :? .
