  • Experienced mappers help needed.

Would an experienced mapper be willing to take a look at my level and find out why my trees and objects are glowing?
    Under 1M zipped..
    Thanx

open the deco properties (right click) and change the value for 'ScaleGlow',
also check if it's set to Unlit=false (should be ok by default)

Apache, was this problem also in previous versions ? If so, i might take a look at that one.
On demand this signature has been changed. I hope nobody was insulted or got harmed due to my signature. If this is the case, I'm fully responsible for the harm that was done. Do you feel harmed or you simply want a listening ear?

Yes this is the problem that has been plaqueing me since I started. It's not all the trees, even thou a lot of them are the same type.
All the objects are set to bUnlit = False.
I'll have to check on the ScaleGlow prop and see if that helps.
          Thanx

It's probably down to UT's somewhat suspect mesh lighting. If you have too many lights falling on the mesh, it flickers like crazy.

I've seen the trees that Apache is talking about though. They don't flicker, they're just lit up like they're in full daylight, though they're in shadow. It's a very disconcerting effect.
