  • Statues?

    Aside from the obvious: "put an AI in an invis. collision hull box and turn off all of his settings", how do you make a regular statue, like the ones in Grange and Archery?

    I guess you could just set a decoration to the same mesh as the corresponding player model & give it the appropriate skin?

      Statues are easy to do in UT...

      1) in Decoration , find the MonkStatue (best collision settings)
      2) in the Display properties , change its model to the Guard and skin to stone
      (customizing the texture by adding stone layers to regular skin is even better)
      Now it's a bit harder if you want to make the statue take a specific pose.

        In Display, somewhere, you can write animation and frame.

        ie. "Die5" and "10"
